Keith is the youngest of his family and the twin brother of Wallace. When they were barely a year old, they were left at the orphanage by their biological mother, having been the result of a one night stand and then, they were adopted by their foster family, which happened to be the Graysons. The only thing that was left behind was their individual symbols: a diagonal cross for Keith and a crown for Wally. Although the twins hailed from San Francisco, they spent most of their life here in Peachtree City.
While growing up, the twins had always done almost everything together until elementary school, where they began to drift apart. Well, it was more of Wally no longer including his twin brother in his various activities because they thought he was weird, since Keith barely spoke more than few words unless it was in front of people he was familiar with. He has since grown out of that stage but Keith still has issues communicating, finding himself struggling to articulate his intended messages, and he's still working on it.
Rebecca and Daniel Grayson had two kids of their own, Athena and Ian Grayson, the older foster siblings of Keith and Wally. Athena is the second eldest child while Ian is the oldest and whenever their parents were busy, the two of them took turns to watch over the twins when they had been younger and over time, Keith grew closer to his older brother while Wally grew closer to his sister. Naturally, Ian became Keith's emotional trash can over the years.
Now that they are entering high school, Keith just wants to be able to fit in naturally but, looks like he sucked at it pretty badly, considering that his brother was an instant hit with the people there already. As for him? He had a long, long way to go but he was determined to step out of his brother's shadow and be known as Keith Grayson, not as Wally's brother or a mini Wally.
