ORPHAN

ˈɔːf(ə)n/
noun
noun: orphan; plural noun: orphans

a child whose parents are dead.

You don't know what happened to your parents. Their faces were a blur; there was nothing of them left inside of you. What you did know what that one moment they were there, the next they weren't. One other fact also remained; no matter what had happened they had abandoned you. You and Conner both. That was something you could never, ever forgive them for. Not for letting the two of you fend for yourselves. You remembered them as the people who had lost all familial privileges.

SISTER

ˈsɪstə/
noun
noun: sister; plural noun: sisters

a woman or girl in relation to other daughters and sons of her parents.

The one person who matters more than anything in Conner. No one would ever hurt him because his sister was there to protect him. Even when you would get two new parents, you refused to let them be the only ones to protect your brother. Conner. Your other half. Not just your brother but your best friend; someone you would always be able to rely on no matter how bad things got. Always would you trust him from the bottom of your heart; there are no secrets between a brother and sister.

FIGHTER

ˈfʌɪtə/
noun
noun: fighter, plural noun: fighters

a person or animal that fights.

While you don't want to hurt people, you want to be strong. So much so that you can protect your entire family so you can stand up to anything. Judo - you decided - was the best way to train both your mind and your body. Gaining mental strength was just as important as physical strength. Plus, how many people would be scared of a girl who could judo flip them into the cement? Pretty much everyone you knew. Becoming the best was your goal; to prove that you were stronger. The strongest. If you were then no one would hurt the people close to you. Even if that meant being seen as violent, you didn't care.

MUSICIAN

mjuːˈzɪʃ(ə)n/
noun
noun: musician, plural noun: musicians

a person who plays a musical instrument, especially as a profession, or is musically talented.

The sound of music calmed you, gave you a way to recenter. It was why you learned how to play the guitar. Not a talent you wanted people to know or see, but one that you were proud to have. Sitting alone with just the music and the sheet in front of you - it was perhaps the best thing you could have ever imagined. You entered the Ridgeview school with a small hope that perhaps they would accept you into the music club; but they didn't. Or perhaps it was more accurate to say that you didn't want to ask. This was a talent meant for you and you alone. You, at least, and Conner. For you eleventh birthdays you composed him a song; his song. One that only you knew how to play. You didn't expect him to turn it into a theme song.

SUPERHERO

ˈsuːpəhɪərəʊ/
noun
noun: superhero, plural noun: superheros

a benevolent fictional character with superhuman powers, such as Superman.

a person who protects others.

He called you Sisterman; a superhero's name. Like Superman, but it was yours. A real life hero, something that Conner called you every time you did something he saw worthy of praise. He was proud of you and it made you want to cry. Even if you didn't believe you were strong or amazing, he did. That was all you needed.... or so you thought. Seeing other people get hurt or in danger was something else you couldn't stand. Not only did you want to protect the people close to you, you wanted to protect everyone. Because of that you got into fights at school, labeled as a Delinquent. In truth you didn't care. You didn't want to be popular or powerful; you just wanted to keep others safe. If that meant having people fear you? That was fine. It meant that you could always step in to help them if they needed it.

POSITIVES confident, protective, outspoken, generous, lively NEGATIVES somewhat violent, blunt, abrasive, impulsive, pessimistic QUIRKS -often found staring longingly at the wrestling club
-plays the guitar when she wants to think
-wants to join the music club but thinks she isn't quite good enough
-is the one who composed her 'theme song'
